Silvana Montenegro is the Global Head of Advancing Hispanics & Latinos (DEI) at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she leads a unified vision and strategy to advance the unique priorities of the Hispanic and Latino communities, both within the firm and externally.

Montenegro brings a wealth of experience from her leadership roles in the U.S. and Latin America, including a proven reputation for empowering leadership teams and individuals to reach their full potential. She is passionate about developing talent, driving inclusion for employees and communities and excels at delivering optimal business results.

Prior to her current role, Montenegro served as the head of Commercial Banking Talent, Diversity & Inclusion at JPMorgan Chase, and was instrumental in building and developing Leadership Edge, JPMorgan Chase’s Leadership Center of Excellence. During her three years on the team, Montenegro was responsible for designing and facilitating several management and executive programs for senior managers JPMorgan Chase’s Top 1,000 Executives in the U.S. and Latin America.

Of her 26 years with the firm, she spent 17 supporting the Latin America business in various capacities, including as the Head of Latin America Talent, Diversity & Inclusion. Montenegro has been featured in several publications and has been recognized by Latino Leaders magazine as one of the top 100 Most Influential Latinas in the U.S. and one of the Top 101 Most Influential Latinos, as well as Crain’s NY Notable Hispanic Leaders, among others; she also serves on the board of HACE (Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement).

Geena Mayback is a Managing Director and the New York Region Executive for Bank of America Private Bank. Mayback leads a high-performing team of more than 350 client teams and associates who work in concert to deliver deeply customized wealth strategy, advice, and service to an accomplished clientele. She helps to ensure that the firm’s private and institutional clients receive the highest caliber of integrated investment and wealth management, drawing on an expansive suite of capabilities, enterprise-wide.

Mayback’s areas of focus include communicating the strategic priorities of the market; attracting and developing premier advisory talent; identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement; connecting her team to the resources and technology that can help them thrive in their roles; and collaborating with senior leaders to support and sustain a culture of excellence. Her background in banking, investing, and wealth transfer intensifies her ability to streamline decision making and promote effective collaboration.

Since joining Bank of America firm in 2007, she has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities. Most recently, she was the Division Performance Executive for the New York Tri-State region. Additionally, she serves on the Central Park Conservancy’s Business Leadership Council in New York City.

Accenture’s Global Supply Chain Innovation Lead and North America Supply Chain Strategy Leader, Maria Rey-Marston helps clients reimagine, build and operate supply chain networks that orchestrate change and positively impact business, customers and the planet.

With over two decades of experience in strategy and management consulting in operations, supply chain management, distribution and route-to-market, Rey-Marston leverages her expertise at Accenture on one of the company’s largest beverage accounts. Powered by data and technology, Rey-Marston designs adaptive supply network strategies and guides companies through execution in her capacity as advisor, technologist and researcher.

Beyond her role at Accenture, Rey- Marston continues to make impactful contributions to the company’s culture as the co-founder and executive sponsor of the Women-in-Supply Chain Network in North America, a member of the Hispanic American Employee Resource Group and the Business Sponsor for the L’ATTITUDE Conference.

Rey-Marston serves on the Board of Greenhouse Scholars – Georgia, is an Advisory Board Member of Georgia Tech’s Supply Chain Logistics Institute and a Board Member of the Atlanta Contemporary Art Museum.

Annabel Flores is deputy president of Land & Air Defense Systems at Raytheon, a business of RTX. She leads a team that provides the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps and international customers with integrated air and missile defense, counter UAS, and precision long- range and combat weapon capabilities.

Prior to this role, Flores was president of Global Spectrum Dominance at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, responsible for the Global Spectrum Dominance portfolio, including advanced surveillance, electronic warfare, targeting and navigation capabilities.

Previously, she was president of Electronic Warfare Systems at Raytheon Intelligence & Space where she oversaw the strategic direction and operation of a diverse portfolio of electronic warfare products.

Flores earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass. She also earned a dual master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business administration through MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations program.

Patty Juarez has spent more than 28 years at Wells Fargo where she has held a variety of leadership roles. Currently, Juarez serves as the head of Hispanic/Latino affairs. She is responsible for building a Hispanic/Latino external engagement portfolio focused on national cultural engagement, executive recruitment, business development, and stakeholder relations. She partners with Diverse Segments Representation & Inclusion, External Engagement, and Government Relations to curate national and local stakeholder activities to amplify Wells Fargo’s DE&I commitment.

Juarez has a long history of leadership in the Latino community. She is former chairwoman and current board development chair of the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, she is on the board of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and on the advisory board of the Latino Donor Collaborative. She is also involved in diversity and entrepreneurship initiatives at University of California at Berkeley, Stanford, Chapman, and Harvard Universities.

Juarez is president of the Hispanic & Latino Connection Employee Resource Network, one of the largest at Wells Fargo (53 chapters) representing more than 35,000 Latinos. She also serves as co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council for Commercial Banking.

Maureen Sanchez is the Vice President CSS Supply Chain, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Med Tech. Sanchez assumed the role in 2021 leading the End-to-End Cardiovascular Specialty Solutions Global Supply Chain team and ensuring strong integration between Supply Chain, R&D, and the Commercial teams to develop and implement SC strategies to enable innovation and business growth. She serves on both the J&J Med Tech Supply Chain Leadership Team and the J&J CSS Leadership Team.

Sanchez joined J&J from Merck & Co, Inc., where she held the position of Associate Vice President, Latin America Supply Chain Planning and Logistics and led Emerging Markets globally. She started her career as a junior Industrial Engineer at Merck in Puerto Rico in 1993 and spent 21 years in various roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, and end-to-end Operations.

In 2014, Sanchez assumed her first J&J role as the Vice President of Procurement for Global Surgery – Supply Chain – Medical Device where she focused on the transformation of the Procurement SC organization for integration into the business and accelerate innovation and growth. More recently, Sanchez led the End-to-End Supply Chain Operations for the Energy and Endo-mechanical platforms for Ethicon, Inc. She is a co-chair of J&J’s Hispanic/Latino Enterprise Resource Group, HOLA. Maureen is an active sponsor of over 5 top talent women globally, part of DE&I Sponsorship program for JnJ. In previous years, she served as a board member of HOLA and as co-sponsor for the J&J Procurement Women’s Leadership Initiative and was also the sponsor of the Bridgewater (New Jersey) Sustainability program. She has served as member of the advisory board for UNIDOS US and as a board member of the Customer Experience Program at Seton Hall University in New Jersey.

Amalia Londono is an experienced Supply Chain Professional, wife and mother of three sons, and is currently the Executive Vice President, End to End Supply Chain North America at Colgate-Palmolive. When she started her career making deodorant in a NJ plant, she didn’t envision that 20+ years later she would be leading the End -to -End Supply Chain for Colgate-Palmolive in North America.

Over her career, she has had rich experiences domestically and internationally across various areas of the supply chain – working on the factory floor, launching innovative products, procuring raw and packaging materials, designing supply chain and logistics networks, and most importantly, developing and working with many talented and diverse people around the world. Currently, Amalia is excited to be leading the transformation of five manufacturing plants, six distribution centers, and an ecosystem of 20+ external manufacturers and co-packers in North America into a digital, resilient, and sustainable supply chain. Amalia is known for her passion, pragmatic analysis, and delight of working with people. Londono was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Wharton School of Business.

Victoria Bashlor
Vice President, Stellantis North America Finance

Victoria Bashlor is the Vice- President, Head of North America Manufacturing Finance at Stellantis. She is responsible for managing and controlling all finance related topics for Manufacturing Operations across North America as an operational business partner and strategic leader. Her responsibilities include financial control across Assembly, Powertrain, and Stamping Divisions, as well as Injection business units, Capital Planning, Tooling, and Material Logistics Management.

Bashlor has a passion for developing rising professionals, providing them with opportunities to develop leadership and technical skills in a rich learning environment immersed in the diverse and inclusive culture of Stellantis. This passion has afforded her the opportunity to lead the Finance Leadership Development Program for the past five years, as well sharing her experiences through mentoring relationships.

Bashlor joined Stellantis in 2017 and spent four years serving in global roles across the Industrial discipline. She continued making an impact through assignments with increasing span of responsibility and control throughout the enterprise, including roles in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Finance. Bashlor has more than 25 years of Finance experience and leading global teams in over 10 countries for several multi-national companies. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Services and an MBA from Wayne State University.

In 2023, Bashlor completed the Women of Color Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in Boston, MA. Bashlor also serves as a member of the Women of Stellantis Business Resource Group (BRG) supporting the Culture Committee as well as participating in and supporting the Latins in Connection BRG for Stellantis.

Maria B. de Gracia,
Esq. Vice President, Regional Attorney

Maria de Gracia is Vice President, Regional Attorney with the Office of Chief Legal Officer (OCLO) at Nationwide. de Gracia leads the Trial Division’s Midwest Region, which includes 11 offices across 10 states and approximately 103 attorneys and paralegals who provide litigation support for Nationwide’s Property & Casualty insureds. The team de Gracia leads is responsible for about 2,400 pending lawsuits at any given time. She joined Nationwide in 2010 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility with Trial Division, including Managing Attorney for the Louisiana Trial Division Office, Sr. Director of Business Operations, and Associate Vice President for the Midwest Region.

Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, de Gracia moved to the United States at the age of two. She is fluent in Spanish and English. de Gracia was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to Delaware, Ohio in 2018 with her husband and three children. de Gracia is active in the local community, currently serving as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio.

de Gracia is an Executive Co-Sponsor of Trial Division’s Associate Feedback and Innovation Committee and is leading Trial Division’s Quality Working Group. She has been a member of Nationwide’s OCLO Diversity Council since 2018 and is a 2020 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow.

Marcia Rothschild
Senior Vice President, Head of Latin America & the Caribbean

As the Head of Latin America and The Caribbean, Marcia Rothschild is responsible for coordinating all efforts in the region including driving strategy, stewarding client engagement and pursuing growth opportunities. In February 2021, Rothschild was appointed to the Management Committee at State Street and in July 2023 Rothschild was appointed Director of State Street International Holdings. Rothschild serves on the Global Advisory Board of the Professional Women’s Network, is the Executive Advisor to the Latin American Professionals Group and a Board Member on Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business Alumni Board.

Rothschild joined State Street from Vistra where she was responsible for business development efforts for Vistra’s Alternatives division in the Americas. Prior to working at Vistra, Rothschild held leadership positions at SS&C, Citigroup and BNP Paribas in the United States, Luxembourg and Brazil. Born in Brazil, Rothschild received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

11. Marriott International, Inc.
Brenda Durham
Chief Legal Counsel, Caribbean & Latin America (CALA)

Marriott’s senior ranking Latina, Brenda Durham, Chief Legal Counsel, Caribbean & Latin America (CALA) leads a team comprised of 7 attorneys, 2 paralegals and support staff providing legal support for Marriott-branded properties located in CALA. They support development, consumer operations, continent lodging services, asset management, compliance and casino oversight. Durham has been with Marriott for nearly 25 years.

During 2012 to 2014, she supported the integration of the AC by Marriott brand, working in Madrid, Spain with Marriott’s JV partner/founder of the AC Hotel brand. During 2016 to 2019, she served as CALA’s business lead for the integration of Starwood-branded hotels in the CALA region. Durham is CALA’s account executive for a large owner portfolio of mixed-brand hotels. In her prior role, Durham served as the primary legal counsel supervising Marriott’s Law Department group for international operations, providing counsel and oversight to attorneys supporting operations and asset management in Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Marriott, Durham was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Seattle, Washington. She served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General for seven years, resigning her commission as Major in 2001. Durham spoke at the CEO Summit of the Americas on “Women’s Economic Empowerment.” She is a frequent speaker for Latina Style and was honored by Latina Style in 2022, receiving the Veteran of the Year award.

12. SAIC
Catherine Hernandez-Blades
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications

Catherine Hernandez-Blades is an award-winning corporate leader in Marketing, Communications, Government Relations, CommTech, Digital Transformation, Change Management and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) with more than 30 years of professional experience, including C-suite roles at three Fortune 500 companies.

Hernandez-Blades is the SVP of Marketing and Communications at SAIC, a company that delivers innovative and transformational solutions to the U.S. government in the civilian and defense markets. She is responsible for driving SAIC’s brand recognition and reputation, engaging the company’s 26,000 employees, and leading the company’s ESG and change management efforts. Prior to joining SAIC, she served in the Chief ESG, CMO and CCO roles at Aflac and as CMCO of Flextronics. Earlier in her career, she served in leadership roles at Raytheon and Lockheed Martin.

In addition, she is an experienced non-profit director, having held several board chairmanships, including for Court Appointed Special Advocates in New Orleans and Operation Homefront, a national organization that supports military families and is one of SAIC’s longtime philanthropic partners. She is an Emmy winner, and in the PR News Hall of Fame, PR Week Hall of Femme and Women in Communications Hall of Fame.
